Okay so I have no idea how to blog😝, but I’ve been asked a lot of frequent questions about my serum that I thought I could write about on here.

🌿🌿A couple of facts about Touch of C:

✨I rent a research and development lab locally and follow strict good manufacturing practices to make each bottle

✨I formulated this serum so that it would be safe to use while breastfeeding my babies

✨I formulated this serum for my sensitive redheaded skin in mind

✨It is a balanced pH so that it won’t cause burning or irritation to skin, but not too basic where it disrupts your acid mantle (skin barrier)

✨I use an ecocertified preservative which has been proven extremely safe for you and the environment

✨I buy all of my powders and ingredients from a FDA regulated lab in the US

✨This serum is NOT a moisturizer and absolutely needs a moisturizer put on after it dries, especially one with SPF (protect your beautiful skin people, also #redheadproblems haha!!)

✨I made my product a serum because it is made up of smaller molecules that can penetrate the skin deeper, delivering high concentrations of active ingredients (why it works 😉 )

✨Be careful if you have hard water in your house because this tends to be a very high pH which can strip your skin of its normal acid mantle barrier. Micellar cleansing water is great if you do live with hard water to cleanse with! (I personally use the Garnier brand and love it!)

✨The serum goes on feeling a bit tight until absorption or until you put moisturizer on (this is from the active vitamin c form I chose which helps heal and prevent acne)

✨Most people notice a skin glow after about a week of continued use, clearer skin after about 2 weeks, and smoothing of wrinkles in about a month or two **users vary a lot in this category

✨Everyone needs to exfoliate their skin at least once a week to get rid of dead skin cells so that the active ingredients can be absorbed appropriately (also don’t overdo this as it will cause your skin to overproduce oil)

✨Literally be kind to your skin, don’t over scrub or scrub harshly as this will strip your skin of it’s natural oils

🌿🌿I personally have been using my own formula since August 2016, and I no longer feel the need to wear foundation or powder! I may be biased hehe but I honestly love what this serum has done for my skin and hope you do too
